Geometrid Moth

Description:

A pale cream colored moth about 3 cm long. It has scattered orange-brown scales speckled through the wings and a single band along the lower edges of all 4 wings. Hair on the body is also cream colored. Family Geometridae.

Habitat:

Came to llights in the garden, San Cristobal de Las Casas, Chiapas, Mexico, 2,200 meters.
