Damselfly

Description:

Unidentified damselfly spotted on 2 May 2014 at Huntley Meadows Park. Possibly a female Eastern Forktail.

Habitat:

Damselfly was in pond debris adjacent to the boardwalk.

Notes:

The tip of the damselfly's tail is in different positions in the photos. In the initial shot, the tip is slightly curled up and then becomes more and more flat in the other shots.
