Almost looks like a grackle, but has some orangish tint to it.
Forested patch.
I think it may be a Common Grackle. It would also fit the subspecies "Bronzed Grackle". I don't believe the Rusty Blackbird has the bronze tint to it. I will try to find a reference for the subspecies for you. I have it in my National Geographic Field Guide to the Birds of North America.
Yeah, I don't know if I got the exposure wrong or what, (I was at 800 ISO) so the color may be off. I think it's still a Grackle.. I don't know where to stand.
