Spotting

Description:

I found this dragonfly in the shallow edge of a lake in northern Minnesota just off of the boundary waters. I scooped it out of the water, and it clung to my finger for about 2 hours while it dried out. I'm guessing it may be some sort of emerald but can't tell for sure.

Habitat:

Small lake that has some bog areas.
