Chauliognathus marginatus
If you look under "identification" in the link below, you can see in C. marginatus, there is a black line through the pronotum, whereas in C. pensylvanicus, there is just a black patch on the pronotum. C. pensylvanicus is also a species usually found in late summer, whereas C. marginatus would be more common at this time.
