Veränderliche Krabbenspinne

Misumena vatia

Notes:

///////////////// Crab spiders can be found very often in our surroundings. They match the colour of the blossoms on which they lurk perfectly, you have to look closely. They are easier to spot when just having caught some prey. - They belong to the Araneae but don't build webs, they hunt their prey by sitting motionless on a blossom and if an insect of the right size lands, the spider grabs it fast as lightning. - Somehow I'm always happy to see one, don't know why. And I always have to take a picture.
