Eastern Dwarf Tree Frog

Littoria fallax

Description:

Also known as Eastern Sedge Frog. This specimen shows the light yellow green form with black speckles/flecks on body, underside white with brown speckles. Eye stripes still apparent. Size under 20mm. Call is a high pitched ratchet sound.

Habitat:

Found throughout eastern Australia in coastal regions. This one on reeds in man-made dam in dry woodland environment.
