Sparrow-sized bird, essentially all-yellow as shown, with reddish streaks on the breast and a reddish crown.
Several of these were fltting among cattails and trees along the shore of an artificial lake in a highly urbanized area with hotels, restaurants, businesses, and an interstate highway in close proximity.
