Description:

This is a herbaceous, perennial flowering plant in the family Caryophyllaceae. Grows up up to 50 cm, and carries pink five-petaled flowers about 1,5cm in diameter.

Habitat:

Native to northern and central Europe, Red Campion is abundant throughout the UK. Here, countryside in England, edges of woodlands.
