you are right, I wasn't paying attention on antennae and sharp edged back

You might be able to ID it to species using this article: Ogawa, R.; Sakai, M. 2011: A review of the genus Cyparium Erichson (Coleoptera, Staphylinidae, Scaphidiinae) of Japan. Japanese journal of systematic entomology, 17(1): 129-136.
