Striped beetle

Description:

Metallic blue beetle of about 6mm in length, with white-ish stripes.

Habitat:

Tepual forest near the sea, Parque Nacional Chiloé, sector Cucao.

Notes:

While waiting for a “curanto” to bake, this little beetle lands in the cake cover of the bread stand.
As usual I regret not taking more pictures.
