Cepaea vindobonensis
Cepaea is a genus of medium-sized air-breathing land snails. The shells of species within this genus are often brightly colored and patterned with stripes.
Among shrubs, in open lands and rocky slopes, plains, warm hills, and vegetated valley slopes.

This snail might be Monacha spp. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monacha (in your region), Cepaea spp. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cepaea http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Catego... (not in your region but the descriptions fit better), or Theba pisana http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Theba_pisan... (description and location match). Any suggestions?
