Striped Flowerpecker

Description:

The Striped Flowerpecker is a species of bird in the Dicaeidae family. It is endemic to the Philippines. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and subtropical or tropical moist montane forests. It is sometimes considered conspecific with the Thick-billed Flowerpecker.

Notes:

Noted as Least Concern (LC) by IUCN but we seldom find one, in fact this is my first encounter in my whole birding life.
