Lichenomphalia umbellifera
Many of these over an area of about 50 matres square. Looking very similar to some found in Victoria a month ago. About 30mm tall; pileus dished; margin frilly; gills decurrent, simple; stipe narrow, slightly fibrous, straight... all parts a rich chrome yellow.
Growing in a very wet, coarse sand mix with mostly mosses and some drosera.
Similar found in Victoria a couple of weeks earlier http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/362...
ID from Fuhrer(2005) #223
