Small black wasp with red legs. The wings are clear other than one small triangle along the outside edges of each wing.
I rescued this wasp from the backyard pond.

Cindy - Nice pics and a great series. However, this is an Ichneumonidae not a Braconidae. These two families can be very difficult to tell apart, and discrimination is usually done based on wing venation (which, fortunately, you can see in your pictures).
