Ichneumon sp.
It looks a lot like Ichneumon stramentor or I. xanthorius but is hard to tell a part.
I found it in my bedroom at night.

But it was just a hint to start the search, I am not sure if this is an Ichneumon sp., I only know that most (all??) of them have this typical white spot. There are at least 100 Ichneumon sp. and several hundreds of Ichneumonidae. I once tried to ID an "easy" (due to markings) Ichneumonidae but have to give up, too many around and all look the same besides some of the points I mentioned above which are imprtant for separation.

Ichneumonidae, I would say. Can't help you more, but I can tell you what you have to look VERY carefully:
Colors and length of the antennae, white spot behind the head, colors of femur, tibiae and feet, color of the body or segments. There are several hundreds species around. Common genus is Ichneumon sp., you may try this one first.
