Any takers on if this is a Martinapis occidentalis or Martinapis luteicornis ???

This looks similar to a Teddy Bear Bee, but they are from Australia? This is in Ohio?
I am having a hard time identifying what species of bee this is. I found it in central Ohio. The coloration of the eyes really throw me. Please help!
