This is the smallest wasp I've ever seen. At only 2mm long, it looked like a tiny piece of debris on a leaf. The legs are light colored as are the antennae but the rest of the wasp is metallic black. Wings appear clear although I was unable to get a clear shot before it flew away. The eye appears red in the first shot.
Unknown vine in the backyard suspected to be a species of Vitis.
