Podalia megalopygidae
Very common throughout the Brazilian territory, feeds on various species of plants (especially fruit). The most interesting, perhaps, is that despite this aspect of "plush", at the base of this soft coat lurk poisonous bristles and therefore can be dangerous if incorrectly handled. From there will come a moth!

I found a video made by one of the most respected TV networks in my country talking about this species (in Portuguese). In any case, very interesting. The link is in the references. This specimen I found this on one of my walks in the neighborhood.
