Description:

A small rodent in the squirrel family that is easy to recognise by the dark stripes running across the back over brown-reddish fur. Made famous by the Disney cartoon Chip n' Dale :)

Habitat:

Dedicous forest. Spotted outside the house in Wolfeboro NH.

Notes:

Generally quite approachable and easy to get close to.
