Spotting

Description:

Very typical Hemiptera behavior, the intermittently moving. Appears to be covered by a tuft of cotton. ~ 5mm.

Habitat:

Brazil's interior, coffee producing region.

Notes:

From a distance looked like a mealybug, but then, looking closer I noticed a Hemiptera. Eager for ID! ;)
