Fun fact! The American bald eagle is a fearsome predator that can tear its prey apart with a bite force of almost 400 pounds per square inch. You're right, Jeanne; it doesn't specify that the spottings should show flight. If the eagle is in a rehab facility, it could go in this mission on wildlife rescue and rehabilitation: http://dev.proj-noah.appspot.com/mission...
I think the title "global flight" is misleading...I think of its title as an overall mission for all birds awareness

Great shot! How did you get that close? Is it a captive bird? If so, it can go in the captive animals mission. As the photo doesn't show flight, perhaps it should not go in that mission.
