Metallic Moth Eggs with Wasp Parasite

Description:

This patch of metallic blue-green eggs (each about 1.5 mm in diameter) were found attached to a garden wall on 6 June 14. Eight days later, none had hatched, a few were collapsed and there were many tiny parasitic wasps laying their own eggs into the moth eggs. I count about 12 wasps (last two pictures). The patch of eggs was about 3.5 cm long.

Habitat:

Urban area with lots of plum trees, San Cristobal de Las Casas, 2,200 meters.

Notes:

These might be Tiger Moth Eggs http://natureontheedge.com/2013/05/10/tr...

I'm hating these small wasps, they killed all my pupae.
