Macraspis chrysis
Beautiful Metallic Green Beetle. Coleoptera: Scarabaeidae: Rutelinae: Rutelini
One might think that these beetles would stand out from their surroundings, but they’re very well camouflaged, resembling how sunlight shimmers on wet leaves. They are known to be worth some dollars on ebay, but as I took the shots and watch it fly away into the jungle I can tell you each one is priceless.

Jewel Scarab, Chrysina sp.
There are about 100 species in the genus Chrysina and these beetles can be brightly colored, have metallic accents, or have totally metallic bodies.

It looks a lot like the fig beetle,Cotinus texana from America. Yours is from Costa Rica and the top shell is a bit different, I get them also in the Butterfly feeding table, will try to find information on it.
