Green Iguana

Iguana iguana

Description:

Pretty sure this is either a female or juvenile green iguana. The second photo compares the lizard to a crocodile's tail.

Habitat:

Muddy riverbank (observed on the Tárcoles River in Costa Rica, where my last spotting of the crocodiles also took place).
