Unknown pleurotoid fungus

Hohenbuehelia sp.

Description:

Bluish-black shell shaped caps with eccentric attachment. Caps were about 20 mm wide, smooth and had thin white margins. The underside showed pale pink gills, fanning out to the margins from the point of attachment.

Habitat:

Spotted growing on a dead branch of a live native tree ( ? species) in a national park.
