Definitely not a cattle egret.
I agree that it's an immature little blue heron. No clue why those outer wing feathers are appearing reddish, but leg/bill color and proportions don't fit any other bird

Leaning towards a juvenile Little Blue Heron, but the color on the wings (It could be a play of light) doesn't seem correct. My other guess would be a Reddish Egret White morph but the color on the wings and color of the legs don't match that either.
