Description:

A piece of bone about 7cm long, from what I remember. Found on top of a high rock island, probably brought there by a bird.

There's a lot of seals, we saw a mink and they have grazing sheep and goats to keep the landscape open. There's probably foxes and hares and other small mammals. Where I found it, on top of a cliff, it must have been brought by a seagull. They usually drop mussels and crabs from a height on to the rocks to break them open, and then eat on the highest point of the island to keep lookout.

Neat find! This is the scapula from a mammal for sure! What mammals live in and around the islands?
