Description:

11-14 cm long hummingbirds. The colors depend on the light. Mostly green with a dark violet crown and a turquoise throat. Little white spot behind the eye. Female is shown in next spotting.

Habitat:

Paraiso Quetzal, area San Gerardo de Dota/Cerro de la Muerte.
