Salvia azurea
Order: Lamiales > Family: Lamiaceae. This lovely salvia goes by many names but this is the one Floridians stick to, as this species can be seen across most of the eastern and central part of the United States. In Florida it likes well drained, often sandy soil and full sun to the filtered light of a high canopy of pine. t is generally a Fall bloomer here as well.
