Description:

The interesting thing is that...to the eye... this butterfly (at rest) looks like the second photo. When I took the first photo from the other side, it looked so DIFFERENT; half red and half black. Trick of light or was there something about its scales that made it look like this? It is the same butterfly.

Habitat:

Office garden. Urban area.
