Actually I just found a picture on google which says it is a leaf beetle.
Have no time now to find the exact one (am working ;-) but maybe you can go from there.

Hi it looks like some kind of Tortoise beetle. They are AMAZING
I have spotted a few with different colours but i am pretty sure yours is one as well.
