Soft-winged Flower Beetle

Thanks for the partial ID Michael. Is it possible it could be P. viridicoerulea or are the other options too similar to determine from a poor photograph?
I realize you may be working from books or knowledge but is it possible to provide an internet reference link which can help a user to confirm an ID when you make a suggestion, as per our FAQs?
We really appreciate the help you are providing to our users, many of whom, like me, know little or nothing about many of the species we/they photograph.
