Doleschallia bisaltide philippensis
The Autumn Leaf or Leafwing, Doleschallia bisaltide philippensis Fruhstorfer 1899 (Nymphalidae; Nymphalinae; Nymphaliini). This is just the 2nd time that I've seen the Autumn Leaf visited the garden, the 1st was a ♀ and a ♂ in Aug 2014. Its recorded larval hostplants are: Graptophyllum pictum (Morado),Pseuderanthemum, Strobilanthes isophyllus, Asystasia gangetica (Zamboangenita) (all Acanthaceae), Artocarpus heterophyllus (Jack fruit/Langka, Moraceae).
