Common name would be Shield Bug. We should avoid to repeat the scientific name for the common name. I am still not sure about Purpureolineatus, though. Maybe Odontotarsus cf. Purpureolineatus would be more appropiate until we have a safe confirmation.
In my eyes either Odontotarsus purpureolineatus or Odontotarsus robustus. I am not sure if all ID as correct. Looking at the link: http://macroid.ru/determination.php?cat=... The diagnostics are quite "easy", but I am in this case not so sure which one it is. My guts are rather tending towards Odontotarsus robustus, but I am not that sure. Common name would be Shield Bug.

Really Robustus?? Note the flat apex and the mostly parallel lines from above, the link, however, looks some kind of trustable:
