Description:

Upperside of wings white; forewing with black tip. One submarginal black spot in male. Wing Span: 1 3/4 - 2 1/4 inches (4.5 - 5.8 cm).

Habitat:

On a pincushion bloom.

Notes:

Seeing 4 or more every day in the garden. They seem to be in abundance this year. Butterflies seem scarce with the drought and heat.
