Larva of a Firefly

Description:

Brown "pointy" insect about the size of a large earwig. Has a head like a conehead bug, and a shape like a green lacewing larva.

Habitat:

Found crawling on a cinderblock wall of a house's basement, outdoors.

Larva of a Firefly from the Genus Pyractomena, would be my guess. I don't know specific species http://bugguide.net/node/view/748294

Looks more like a beetle larva... Maybe firefly or net-winged beetle
