The quintessential central american butterfly, at least for me, a newbie. Lots of them in the really great butterfly enclosure at the Peace Lodge, La Paz Waterfalls, Costa Rica. Go Diego Go would have loved it....

wow they are the most difficult to photographed..usually closed up but you got one opened...yeah!!
