Cool! I have known spiders to try to fake like they are dead in order to get the predator to leave them alone. I love spiders:)

Thanks for ID-ing. It was still alive but may be a bit scare. I found it on the floor at Baltra airport.

Another nice spotting, Andy! Well done! This one is endimic to Galápagos. Was it dead or was it an exuvia, i.e. the skin of the spider leaves behind after molding?
