White Stork

Description:

This large bird from Stork family (Ciconiidae) is mainly white, with large black stripe on wings. Adults have dark-orange to red long legs, and a long red beak. It grows up to 125 cm in height (and length).

Habitat:

Widespread Palearctic. European subspecies winters in Africa. Seen in wetlands of Nairobi NP.
