We make curry of this flower. It is very tasty.

ChiefRedEarth, we eat it as dry mezhukkupuratti or with some gravy using dhall to go with it as you do in sambar. Some may feel itchy on the palm when they cut it but the sensation will cease as soon as the curry is cooked.
