I am sorry to hear that it did not make it through pupation. That happens sometimes. Since you know the identity of your organism, please add the scientific name (Danaus plexippus) to make your spotting complete. Thanks!

It's making silk on its feet and eating a lot. Is it ready to make its cocoon? I have a stick for it when it's ready and some milkweed for it to eat
