Is this blue colour real or did it come from some reflection or flash or... I could not find a local bug with this bright blue colour. Do you have some more pictures? It would help to ID.
Maybe you connect the spotting to the mission "Pannonian wildelife" (http://www.projectnoah.org/missions/7960...). It would fit perfectly.
