Great spot Jacob! I've seen a few of the caterpillars but yet to see an actual moth of the species. The giant silk moths only live for a few days, literally just long enough to breed & don't eat at all as adults - they don't even have proper mouths!

This is a male Polyphemus Moth. Ouch! Look at the injuries to his wings! Seems like he escaped a bird!
