Bright blue and clear hydrozoan that has a sail that allows it to travel across the surface of the ocean using wind. Their toxin is not as harmful to humans as other free-floating ocean creatures but it's wise to avoid contact.

Habitat:

There were a dozen on the rocky beach. at Point Lobos Ecological Reserve
