This one might be a Long-tailed Hermit, but I am not 100% sure about it. But looking at the location Carthago is not lowland, so there must be some overlapping since both, Little and Long-tail Hermits are usually lowland birds up to 1000 m and not specifically in this middle area of the Central Valley.
