Few millimeters in length, appears to be some sort of insect mimic. Walked with the frontmost pair of legs waving around like antennae.

Habitat:

Seen on a wall behind the flower bed.

They do seem to mimic some insect movements, perhaps ants or a small wasp species? They do have an interesting way of moving around. This female I saw last year did the same thing with the front legs. http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/147...
