Description:

This is a Florida native. It has wide levee and long stems. It has bunches of purple berries that are edible but not that tasty. The leaves can help repel Mosquitos when crushed and rubbed on skin. It is very fast growing.

Habitat:

Suburban residential area.

Notes:

This seems invasive. It is growing between the fences and is directly under a power line where birds sit.
