Fiji Banded Iguana

Brachylophus fasciatus

Description:

This iguana was so beautiful with the green and blue bands. After some help it's been correctly identified. This particular one is a male, males have the pale blue bands. Outside of captivity, the species is declining and are currently listed as endangered.

Habitat:

This particular one is living in captivity at the Tulsa Zoo. Otherwise they are found in the Fiji islands and find solice in undisturbed places therein.
