Description:

This larva was found on the underside of a giant ragweed plant. The insect was approximately 7-8 mm in length. The Multicolored Asian Lady Beetle lays its eggs on the underside of different types of plants. They take 3-5 days to hatch. The life cycle takes about 3-4 weeks to complete

Habitat:

This insect was found in a tall weedy area next to a wooded area that borders a cornfield.
